We now offer online classes here on our website only:

• All classes included specific instruction and techniques designed for students with physical challenges

• We offer our Traditional Martial Arts program through the Shop here on this website. For a one-time purchase, you can buy the teaching and training videos required for that belt rank hosted on private YouTube playlists. This program also includes the option of purchasing a live Zoom class once a month that you can attend from home.
• We also offer one-time purchase courses for specific programs and skill sets such as weapons programs, the Gross Motor Combatives self-defense, and the youth Anti-bully program (more being developed all the time!). These programs are a one-time purchase for lifetime access to instructional videos.
• We offer the entire empty hand curriculum as a monthly subscription for those interested in that format as well.
• Finally, we offer educational video series for martial arts instructors and schools interested in creating high-quality adapted and inclusive martial arts programs in their schools. These seminars and classes teach Disability awareness, special education pedagogy, classroom management, and more. These programs are offered through our non-profit, One World Martial Arts Federation.
• All classes will have the opportunity for personal interaction with the instructors on a monthly basis.
